Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) is gearing up to shake up Krabi with a dazzling new mixed-use development, part of a massive 15 billion baht investment to turbocharge Thailand’s economy and tourism sector.
The Central Krabi project, valued at a staggering 4.5 billion baht, will cover a sprawling 114 rai of land and promises to be a game changer. Featuring a shopping complex, luxury residences, condominiums, and a hotel, this mega-development is designed to attract both high-end international tourists and locals with strong purchasing power.
The retail section is slated to open by the third quarter of 2025, putting Krabi firmly on the map as a major destination for shoppers and holidaymakers alike.

But Central Pattana isn’t stopping at Krabi. They’re also revamping major developments across the country, including Central Bangna, Central Pinklao, and Central Chiang Mai Airport. Each of these projects is designed to improve customer satisfaction while expanding the company’s successful Retail-Led Mixed-Use model nationwide.
